Sink into a feeling of release with this 35-minute yoga practice for the hips and lower back. If you spend a lot of time at a desk, sitting in a chair, driving in the car, or taking care of little ones, this is perfect for you. Our hips often hold a lot of emotion and tension during times of stress. Together, we’ll find stillness, connect to our breath, and create peace for ourselves through the practice of letting go.
