Hello my friends!

Today’s practice is a quick, 5-minute sequence for when you’re short on time, but could use a little something. This is the perfect practice to check in with yourself in instances such as:

  • You’re having a bad day and need to turn it around

  • You want to move in the morning, but you have so much to do

  • You’re a parent that doesn’t get a ton of time to yourself

  • You’re about to head out the door, but need a little spinal stretch

  • It’s the middle of the work day, you haven’t stood up in a while, and your body is craving a tiny bit of movement

  • Your mind is racing and you need a moment to slow it down

  • You want to close out your day with a little movement, but aren’t sure what to do or how to do it

These are just some examples that I could easily think of off the top of my head. There are so many moments when we could use a little check in with our body, mind, and breath. My hope is that this can serve as that for you time and time again, to come back to whenever you’re in need.
