In this 15-minute yoga practice, we’ll strengthen the posterior chain through the backside of the body to counteract much of the folding forward that we do daily whether it be through sitting at a desk, driving in the car, caring for little ones, looking at our phones, etc. When our body is in optimal postural alignment, we’re able to move and breathe and human better so let’s get to it!
