This 32-minute vinyasa yoga practice injects some movement into your day to break up any stress that you may be feeling in your body or mind. Whether you’re having a stressful day or a stressful season, sometimes just getting up and moving our bodies can help to break up any unhelpful thought patterns. When we’re stressed, we may notice it in our mind, but it often becomes physically present as well with the way we hold ourselves. Let’s get the energy flowing so we can hopefully move ourselves forward, even just 1%, in the right direction.
