Writing this description I can’t get the lyrics from “My Neck, My Back” out of my head. Moving on… This 25-minute class focuses on releasing all the tension that we tend to hold in our upper bodies around the neck, back, shoulders, and chest. When we’re stressed, we won’t notice how we tend to scrunch ourselves up, our shoulders come up by our ears, and eventually, we may start to feel discomfort or pain. By the end of this class, you’ll be feeling so much more free in that upper body region, let’s go!

Props you may find helpful:

  • A strap (a belt from a robe)

  • Two yoga blocks (large books)
