In this 30 minute yoga practice, we’ll learn the key actions and muscles to work as we lead up to crow pose! Whether you’ve never practiced an arm balance before or you’re a regular practitioner, this class is perfect for understanding the basics, building strength, and eventually learning to take flight!
If you’re feeling a little nervous, props are our best friend. You may like to use:
A bolster or pillow
A couple of blocks
You’ll be ready for lift off in no time.
