This 34-minute practice focuses on the lower body, releasing the area around the hips and hamstrings. Our bodies build tension around these spots from the sedentary lifestyle a lot of us live so this one will hopefully feel good for creating some space. This is largely a grounded practice on our mats with just a few standing postures, which can be really nice, particularly when energy is low.
