This 36 minute vinyasa flow class focuses on the entire body as a system. We’ll start with a few minutes of breath work to settle into the mat and come into our body and this present moment. We’ll incorporate mat-based gentle movement as we start to warm up the body and then we’ll build heat as we flow through a sequence of poses. We make our way back to the mat to cool down and spend a few moments in savasana to close out our practice.
Props are our friends and always welcome! You’re welcome to use whatever props you may like, but in particular I cue using a pair of blocks. These are my favorites, but you could also use a stack of books or a couple cans of soup! Feel free to get creative using items around your house.
