This is a quicky and spicy practice! This 15-minute core practice focuses on building strength through the center of the body, the trunk that helps to stabilize so much of our daily movement. We’ll incorporate breathwork since that is a huge piece to an optimal core. This practice is not meant for our prenatal or newly postpartum community.
Props that may be helpful for today’s class:
A yoga block (or a large book)
A blanket
