Thank you Kait, for two great messages I needed to hear today - "this is all temporary" is now officially my mantra for a particularly challenging couple of things I've got going on now. And, reading your story just encouraged me to look into video for my substack. (And get a camera!) Thank you and best of luck in your next phase filming your practice! Oh, I’m so glad to hear that, Abbey! It’s a mantra I come back to again and again in my own life. Thank you!! Rebounding doesn’t necessarily require equipment - it could be as simple as bringing a bounce into your knees, or lifting/lowering your heels, or taking small hops around your space. We do it for the last minute in the video if you want to see what I mean!
